Take the airport bus, check in, then spend an unhurried evening around the harbour and small local restaurants.

Book the morning cruise first and leave the afternoon flexible for the Drift Ice Museum or a café.
DAY 3
Utoro drift-ice walk · onsen night
Travel to Utoro and build the day around a 13:00 walk. Finish with an onsen stay by the winter sea.
DAY 4
Utoro → Memanbetsu → departure
Allow about 2 hours 20–25 minutes by direct bus, and choose an afternoon flight.
